SCHEDULE A PROFESSIONAL

Growth Audit.

Tell us about your territory, active county contracts, and vehicle capacity. We’ll custom-engineer your local authority blueprint and show you the private-pay rides you’re missing.

1 Fleet Per Territory

We never market two competing fleets in the same service area.

Booked Rides, Not Vanity Metrics

We report on call volume and booked trips — not impressions.

NEMT Specialists

We speak dispatch, brokers, dialysis routes, and discharge planning.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REACH OUT

Bring one concrete growth constraint. Leave with a clearer next step.

A useful first conversation does not require a polished brief. Share the service area, vehicle mix, current lead sources, and the single issue creating the most friction—visibility, trust, facility outreach, call handling, quoting, measurement, or another defined constraint. That is enough to begin qualification.

1. Fit review

We review the request, current client conflicts, market overlap, and whether the problem belongs inside the NEMT Marketing scope.

2. Focused discovery

The conversation identifies the business path affected, the existing assets and data, the operating dependencies, and the smallest useful starting point.

3. Written next step

If there is a fit, the recommended scope, deliverables, ownership, timing, and pricing are stated before work begins. If not, we say so.

What to include in the message

Include the markets served, fleet size and vehicle types, preferred trip categories, current website or lead sources, and what should be different ninety days from now. Do not send protected health information or rider details. Operators who are still diagnosing the issue can use the free tools or review the Growth System before submitting the form.

Contact questions, answered directly

Is the first conversation a sales pitch?

It is a fit and constraint review. The goal is to determine whether there is a useful scope and what information is needed next. A proposal should not precede basic qualification.

Should rider information be included?

No. Do not submit protected health information, medical details, or personally identifying rider information through a general marketing inquiry form.

Can you review an existing agency or campaign?

Yes, when access and scope allow. The review can focus on assets, tracking, lead handling, content, channel logic, and evidence without assuming a full replacement engagement.

RESPONSE EXPECTATION

What happens next

After submission, the request is reviewed for fit and conflict. If more context is needed, the follow-up will ask for operational business information—not rider medical details—before any scope is recommended.

PRE-CALL CHECKLIST

A short checklist makes the first conversation more useful

Before reaching out, write down the primary service area, current vehicle and driver capacity, preferred trip categories, current lead sources, and the most important problem to solve. If data is available, include recent inquiry volume, response time, quote count, bookings, or the point where measurement stops.

Also name the decision that must be made. Examples: whether to rebuild the website, which market to prioritize, why calls are not booking, whether facility outreach fits the fleet, or what should be measured before increasing ad spend. A defined decision produces a better conversation than a request for “more marketing.”

Do not include rider names, medical details, or protected health information. The initial message should contain operational business context only.
