By using NEMT Marketing websites, tools, calculators, forms, content, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or tools.
Free Tools and Calculators
Our competitor analyzer, ADA scanner, profit calculator, missed-call calculator, quote calculator, templates, and related materials are provided for informational business planning only. They are not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, medical, ADA, reimbursement, broker-contract, or regulatory advice.
Calculator outputs are estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. Actual pricing, revenue, ranking, lead volume, costs, margins, trip profitability, and business outcomes depend on your market, operations, licensing, staffing, insurance, payer rules, contracts, local regulations, competitive conditions, execution, and other factors outside our control.
No Guaranteed Results
NEMT Marketing does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, booked rides, revenue, profitability, customer acquisition cost, contract awards, Google Business Profile placement, AI search visibility, ADA compliance, or any specific business outcome.
Marketing Consent and Contact
When you submit a form or unlock a tool and provide consent, you authorize NEMT Marketing to contact you for marketing and business purposes by email, phone, and SMS/MMS text messages, including by automated technology. Consent is not required to buy services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. You may revoke consent by any reasonable method that clearly tells us not to contact you.
Acceptable Use
- Use website scanners only for websites you own, manage, or are authorized to review.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the site, tools, APIs, WordPress installation, or hosting environment.
- Do not submit false contact information, fake emails, disposable addresses, misleading business information, patient information, or unlawful content.
- Do not rely on free tool outputs as a substitute for professional review of legal, ADA, insurance, payer, licensing, safety, or financial decisions.
HIPAA and Patient Data
Do not submit protected health information or patient-identifiable information through our website, tools, or public forms. If a service ever requires handling regulated data, it must be scoped separately with appropriate written agreements and safeguards.
Third-Party Services
The site may use third-party hosting, analytics, CRM, email, SMS, scheduling, payment, WordPress, browser, and search tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or external websites.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The site, tools, calculators, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEMT Marketing and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the site, tools, content, or services.
